Watchlist Help

Use the watchlist to move from market context to a trade plan.

The platform is built to help you find stronger opportunities, compare them more clearly, and wait for confirmation before placing trades through your broker. It is a decision-support workflow, not a trade execution terminal.

  • Start with sector strength so you know where the market is already showing interest.
  • Build a focused watchlist instead of tracking too many unclear names.
  • Use charts, signals, analyst context, AI reports, and alerts to improve timing and discipline.
1

Start with sectors

Begin on the main page. Strong sectors often contain the strongest setups because they show where momentum and market participation are already building.

  • Use sector charts to identify leadership before reviewing individual stocks.
  • Prefer names from sectors showing clearer trend strength.
  • Avoid random stock picking when broader market context is weak or mixed.
2

Build a focused watchlist

A useful watchlist is selective. It should contain symbols worth monitoring closely, not every name that looks briefly interesting.

  • Prefer liquid names with clearer structure and movement potential.
  • Keep the list tight enough that every symbol can be reviewed properly.
  • Use the watchlist as a shortlist of candidates, not a storage bin.
3

Compare opportunity quality

The watchlist is most valuable when it helps you rank ideas. Review multiple pieces of context together instead of relying on a single signal.

  • Compare Price, chart structure, earnings timing, signals, and analyst context.
  • Look for setups where multiple factors are aligned.
  • Separate strong candidates from names that are still too early or too unclear.
4

Read the charts across timeframes

The chart preview helps you move from broad context into timing. Each timeframe answers a different question.

  • 1W shows the broader trend and backdrop.
  • 1D shows the medium-term setup and whether structure is constructive.
  • 4H and 1H help reveal momentum and recent entry timing.
5

Use earnings timing as a filter

A good chart can still be the wrong trade if earnings are near and that event risk does not fit your style.

  • Decide whether the setup is technical, event-driven, or better left alone for now.
  • Check whether you are comfortable holding through earnings.
  • Use the date to separate normal setups from higher-risk catalysts.
6

Use signals as confirmation

Signals work best as supporting evidence. Their job is to strengthen what the chart is already suggesting, not replace it.

  • Use signals to confirm improving momentum or trend quality.
  • Look for agreement between the signal state and the chart structure.
  • Treat signals as context, not automatic trade instructions.
7

Use analyst targets to judge reward

Analyst target data becomes more useful when compared with the current price. This helps you estimate whether the remaining upside or downside is meaningful.

  • Use the percent-to-target context as a reward estimate, not a promise.
  • Be cautious when a stock is already close to target levels.
  • Give more weight to target context when the chart is already constructive.
8

Use AI reports to refine the thesis

AI reports help organize the setup before you act on it. They support clearer thinking, stronger preparation, and more balanced decisions.

  • Use reports to understand why a setup may be attractive.
  • Check for risks, weak points, and conflicting evidence.
  • Use the report to decide whether the idea deserves action now or more patience.
9

Set alerts and wait for confirmation

Because the app does not execute trades, alerts are the bridge between research and action. They help you stay patient and disciplined.

  • Set alerts around breakouts, breakdowns, percentage moves, or RSI conditions.
  • Let price come to your plan instead of chasing moves emotionally.
  • Use multiple alerts per symbol if you are tracking more than one scenario.
10

Execute outside the app

When a setup becomes actionable, place the trade through your broker with a clear plan already defined.

  • Know your entry idea before the trade triggers.
  • Know what invalidates the setup and where risk should be cut.
  • Know whether the trade is short-term, swing-based, or event-driven.
Key Reminder

The watchlist is a decision framework, not an autopilot.

Its purpose is to help you focus on stronger opportunities, reduce noise, improve timing, and make more prepared decisions before placing trades elsewhere.

  • Use it to narrow attention, not to overtrade.
  • Use AI reports to pressure-test the thesis, not to outsource judgment.
  • Use alerts to enforce patience and confirmation.
